You can maximize your enjoyment of the show and avoid any issues with CHI Health Center security by following the rules below. If a specific event allows for items listed below, it will be noted in the show description. If you have any questions, you can contact CHI Health Center at 402.341.1500 

Accessibility Policy

CHI Health Center works hard to provide for guests requiring ADA assistance. These include the following measures.

  • Wheelchair Escorts: For most events, you may request wheelchair escorts to help you to your seats at any entrance. Please note that the escorts cannot remain with you during the show. Also, guests may not remain in their wheelchairs during the entire event.
  • Wheelchair Storage: CHI Health Center is more than happy to provide storage for guest wheelchairs during the event. The wheelchairs will be returned at a time  requested by the guest.
  • ADA Seating: There is ADA-approved seating available at all levels of the arena in a variety of price ranges. ADA seating can include up to 3 companion seats.
  • Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the connecting parking garage and surrounding surface lots at CHI Health Center Omaha. Tion Center events.

For special accommodations or questions, including questions about assistive listening devices, service animals, or sign language translators, please call 402.554.6200. Guests should try and call for special requests at least 2 weeks before their ticketed event.

Alcohol Policy

Nebraska and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). So ID is required for all alcohol purchases at CHI Health Center.

Guests may be limited to two alcoholic drinks per purchase per person at a time. Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear to be intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are set to end 45  minutes before the end of the event.

If a guest feels like it is unsafe to drive, they can ask a staff member for assistance with finding a taxi or Uber service provider.

Bag Policy

Bags are not allowed within CHI Health Center unless they meet the following requirements.

  • A bag taken to any ticketed event (including athletic events and concerts) at CHI Health Center must be a transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC tote.
  • Bags must be no larger than 12 inches tall by 12 inches long by 6 inches wide.
  • Guests also may bring opaque small or clutch-sized purses/wallets not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long after proper security screening.

Management reserves the right to inspect bags. Guests refusing inspection requests may be barred entry.

Banners and Signs Policy

Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material.  Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner.

Poles and sticks are prohibited.  Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.  Signs may also be prohibited if requested by the event. Please call the venue 

Camera Policy

For most events, professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses and flash are not permitted. Management also reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with policy set by the event coordinators.

Child Policy

Most shows are all-ages events. Children must have a ticket to attend a show. Any show that is age-restricted may not allow a minor to attend even with a parent or legal guardian present. Age-restricted events will also require an ID.

COVID-19 Related Policy

Face masks are required for all events. Guests accept full responsibility for the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as the venue will run at full capacity with no social distancing requirements.

Lost and Found Policy

If you find a lost item, please give it to event staff and they will take it to Lost and Found for you. If you lose an item during a show, you can check with event staff for assistance. Or you may call CHI Health Center at 402.341.1500  to inquire about a lost item. Please be sure to leave a detailed description of your item and complete contact information.

CHI Health Center does not claim responsibility for any lost items.

Prohibited Items

These rules detail what is not allowed at the venue.

  • No Weapons of any kind. This includes knives, canons, muskets, throwing stars, long wallet chains, lead pipes, and anything else that might hurt somebody. If you aren’t sure, don’t bring it in.
  • No Smoking (this includes vaping) *The venue has a deck for smokers and non-smokers alike
  • No Outside Food or Beverage
  • No Illegal Drugs
  • No GoPros
  • No DSLR cameras
  • No Selfie Sticks
  • No Mace
  • No Backpacks
  • No Hula Hoops
  • No Glow Sticks
  • No Umbrellas (If it rains, you can leave your umbrellas by the front door)
  • No Bad Attitudes

These could be subject to change per the artist request.

CHI Health Center reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry Policy

There is no re-entry allowed. Please do not leave until the show is concluded.

Smoking Rules

In accordance with Omaha ordinances, smoking is prohibited in all public areas at CHI Health Center including the arena and concourse. This includes vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. Staff can direct you to any locations where you may smoke.
